Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

 All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

 Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the US, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

It's important to remember: The prices displayed on our site are net and do not include local taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax). Therefore, you may be asked to pay import duties, customs fees, or local handling charges when the order reaches its final destination in your country.

This is standard policy for international purchases, and these charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control.

To ensure you are fully prepared:

• Payment Responsibility: The payment of these taxes and fees is your sole responsibility and will not be covered by us. We cannot refund any amounts paid to your local customs or tax authorities.

• Avoiding Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by checks conducted by the customs department in your country.
